Yes, absolutely! Crash Services operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Emergencies don’t stick to business hours, and neither do we.

3What should I do if I’ve been in an accident?
First, ensure everyone’s safety and check for injuries. If it’s safe, exchange insurance information with the other party. Then, call Crash Services right away. If your vehicle isn’t safe to drive, we’ll collect it and take it to our secure storage yard. After that, contact your insurance company and provide them with our details and your claim number.

3My vehicle has been impounded by the police. What’s the process to get it back?
If your vehicle has been impounded, contact us within 5 days with your email and phone number so we can provide updates. Your vehicle will be held for either 28 days or 6 months, depending on the impound notice. For 28 day impounds full payment must be made before release. For 6-month impounds, payment is due by day 38 unless you enter a payment plan with us. When collecting, bring your photo ID and a copy of the impound paperwork. Note: the vehicle will only be released to the registered owner at the time of impoundment.

Absolutely. All our staff are licensed, qualified, and trained Vehicle Recovery Specialists (VRS) with extensive experience. They hold Class 2 or higher licenses, F, V, W, T & R endorsements, and First Aid Certifications. We also have comprehensive insurance for your peace of mind.

We can certainly help! Our team will efficiently replace your punctured tyre with your spare. If you don’t have a usable spare, we can tow your vehicle to a nearby tyre shop or a location of your choice.

Safety is the top priority. Ensure everyone involved is safe and seek medical attention if needed. If the vehicles are movable, try to move them to a safe location. If your vehicle is not safe to drive call Crash Services to arrange collection. We’ll dispatch our team to assist you at the scene.
